It’s been since some time, I have been waiting for Dexcom to release the prescription-free CGM called Stelo. It finally arrived here today Tuesday 08/27/2024 after ordering last Friday. So a CGM – Continuous Glucose Monitor is a device that monitors glucose levels continually instead of periodically monitoring glucose levels by drawing blood from a finger.
The CGM uses the body’s interstitial fluid to monitor this. For some days I have been in a fight against weight loss and diet. And yes all the sugars being smuggled in food. Sometimes, it’s very helpful to know what specific food and quantity can affect one’s blood sugar. I think that most people are victims of this high-carb food and it’s a very good initiative I think it’s very affordable for 89 USD Per month for 2 of these devices.

Careful!.. I also think one cannot rely completely on this method as results are delayed a bit and it’s always good to cross-check with a blood glucose meter if you are serious about using the device for other purposes.
